PRIVACY POLICY

REBEL MODELS sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, places particular importance on the protection of the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the websitehttps://www.rebelmodels.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the security of processing their personal data. This Privacy Policy of REBEL MODELS sp. z o.o. in Warsaw defines the principles of collecting, using, processing, and protecting Users' personal data, as well as the use of cookies on the Service.

The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is REBEL MODELS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Marszałkowska 17, apt. 39, 00-628 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000232957, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5262855188 (hereinafter referred to as "REBEL MODELS").

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL DATA

Personal data of Users collected and processed are related to the use of electronic services provided on the Service by Users.

Processing of Users' personal data is necessary for:

  1. Conducting recruitment processes,

  2. Contacting Users for purposes related to the provision of services by REBEL MODELS,

  3. Ensuring the security of services provided by REBEL MODELS electronically,

  4. Fulfilling obligations directly resulting from applicable legal regulations,

  5. Statistical and archival purposes.

REBEL MODELS processes the collected personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes specified above. Please note that it is not possible to use some services within the Service anonymously (recruitment processes).

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

REBEL MODELS collects, uses, and processes the following personal data of Users:

  1. First and last name,

  2. Gender,

  3. Email address,

  4. Residential address or correspondence address,

  5. Eye color,

  6. Height,

  7. Bust/chest, hip, and waist measurements,

  8. Hair color,

  9. Weight,

  10. Image.

Additionally, when using the Service, REBEL MODELS servers automatically record so-called system logs, i.e., anonymous information such as the user's visit time, IP address, URL address, type of internet browser used, etc.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

REBEL MODELS processes Users' personal data based on the following provisions:

  1. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR - the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes,

  2. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

PRINCIPLES OF COLLECTING, USING, AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

REBEL MODELS is committed to the proper protection of Users' personal data in accordance with the following principles:

  1. Personal data of Users of the Service are processed in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable regulations on the protection of personal data that complement and/or implement the GDPR.

  2. Personal data of Users of the Service will not be disclosed by REBEL MODELS to other entities or third parties except in cases when:

    1. a. The User gives consent to it,

    2. b. It is necessary for the purpose of providing services directly by REBEL MODELS,

    3. c. It is required by applicable legal regulations or a justified request from state institutions,

    4. d. It is necessary for fraud detection and prevention, as well as solving other issues related to fraud, security, and technical matters.

  3. Personal data of Users may only be used for the purposes for which they were collected.

  4. Personal data of Users will be processed no longer than necessary for the proper provision of services within the Service. After this period, the personal data of Users will be deleted.

COOKIES

  1. The Service uses cookies, which are text files stored on the end user's device. Thanks to them, the Service can 'recognize' the User upon reconnecting. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Service, especially those requiring authorization and facilitating active use of all services available within the Service. The content of cookies does not allow the identification of a specific User. Personal data is not processed or stored using cookies.

  2. The following types of cookies may be used within the Service:

    1. a. 'Essential' cookies - enabling the use of services available on a given website;

    2. b. Cookies used to ensure security, e.g., used to detect abuses in the area of authentication within the website;

  3. REBEL MODELS stores cookies for:

    1. a. Better adapting the Service to the needs of Users and improving their operation,

    2. b. Improving the performance of the Service.

  5. Disabling some or all cookies may hinder or even prevent the use of services provided within the Service.

OTHER USER RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

  1. Every User has the right to:

    1. a. Access their personal data stored by REBEL MODELS,

    2. b. Request the correction of personal data if they believe that the personal data stored by REBEL MODELS is outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate,

    3. c. Request the restriction of the processing of personal data,

    4. d. Request the deletion of personal data,

    5. e. Request a copy of personal data,

    6. f. Object to the processing of personal data in cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR,

    7. g. Request the transfer of personal data to another personal data controller, if technically possible.

  2. Personal data of Users is collected at the company's headquarters, i.e., at the address: REBEL MODELS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Marszałkowska 17 apt. 39, 00-628 Warsaw.

  3. The exercise of User rights mentioned above is done by submitting an application by the User:

    1. a. In person at the company's headquarters (REBEL MODELS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Marszałkowska 17 apt. 39, 00-628 Warsaw),

    2. b. By mail to the above-mentioned address of the headquarters of REBEL MODELS,

  4. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal

REBEL MODELS reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy.

The user utilizing the Service is bound by the current Privacy Policy provided by REBEL MODELS.
